Absolutely not. I meet you where you're at. Whether you're a complete beginner or already incorporating strength training into your routine, we’ll tailor everything to your current fitness level. The goal is progress, not perfection, and we're in it together, every step of the way. Expect to challenge yourself but also to feel supported as you grow stronger—physically and mentally.
