I created Claud9 Coaching because I know exactly what it feels like to work hard, “eat clean,” follow all the rules…
and still feel stuck in your body.
For years, I chased every challenge, diet, and program hoping this would finally be the thing that transformed me. I pushed harder, restricted more, and told myself I was doing “enough,” but deep down I knew I was settling.
Not because I wasn’t motivated, but because no one had ever taught me how to train, eat, or stay consistent in a way that actually fit my life.
