I’m Claudia Aguirre, founder of Claud9 Coaching. For years, I chased fitness the wrong way—endless cardio, restrictive diets, and fad programs that promised results but left me burnt out, frustrated, and weak. I thought getting smaller would make me happier. Spoiler: it didn’t.
