Hi, I’m Coach Claudia 👋

I spent my early 20s obsessed with results: endless hours in the gym, restrictive eating, and bro splits that left me bored, burnt out, and completely disconnected from my own body. I thought pushing harder and doing more would finally get me the physique and confidence I wanted. Instead, my body started breaking down. At 24, I got shingles. That was my wake-up call. I realized that all the “hard work” I’d been doing wasn’t helping me, it was holding me back.

Then I stumbled across kettlebells. And everything changed.

For the first time, training was fun. It was challenging. It made me feel alive. I fell in love with the skill acquisition, the progressive challenge, and the way my body responded. I reconnected with my inner athlete: the part of me that wanted strength, power, and movement that felt empowering, not punishing.

I paired this with learning how to eat for my goals: fueling my body in a way that supported fat loss, muscle growth, and performance. For the first time, I built a physique that felt strong, lean, and like it truly belonged to me.

Now, I help women 25+ do the exact same thing. I teach you how to train smarter, not harder, with kettlebells from home. We combine skill mastery, strength programming, fat-loss strategies, and lifestyle habits so you can finally feel confident, strong, and proud of your body without living in the gym, sacrificing your sanity, or giving up the life you love.

This isn’t just fitness. It’s about building a body and mindset that lasts long after the program ends.
